Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 September 2026
By using Nwork — on the web or in the app — you agree to the terms below. They are kept short and plain.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for activity carried out from your account. If you think someone else has access, change your password and tell us straight away.
The service is made for the workplace and is not directed at anyone under 16.
Your content
What you upload or write stays yours and your organization’s. We do not own it and do not use it for anything other than running the service for you.
You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, and for it not breaking the law or anyone else’s rights.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, to harass others, to upload malware, to attempt to break into the system or exceed your permissions in it, or to resell the service without a written agreement.
Subscriptions and payment
The free plan is available within its published limits. Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Availability
We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee it will never be interrupted. We may pause it for maintenance or updates.
Ending the service
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app or from the deletion request page. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, telling you why where we can.
Limits of liability
The service is provided "as is". In any case our liability will not exceed what you paid us in the previous 12 months.
