Delete your Nwork account

Last updated: 7 September 2026

You can delete your account yourself in under a minute — no need to write to anyone. This page shows the steps and exactly what happens to your data.

From inside the app (fastest)

  • Open the Nwork app and sign in.
  • In the bottom bar, tap More.
  • Choose Settings.
  • Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  • Confirm. The account is deleted immediately and you are signed out everywhere.

From the web

Sign in at enworkly.com and open Settings, or write to us from the email address registered on your account at the address below; we will act within 30 days at the latest.

What is permanently deleted

  • Your account, email address and password.
  • Your registered push devices and all your notifications.
  • The messages you wrote in team chat.
  • Your assistant conversations.
  • Your time entries.
  • Your points, badges and referral data.

What stays

The boards, tasks and files you took part in stay with the organization you work for, because deleting them would erase your colleagues’ work too. Your name is unhooked from them, so they are no longer attributed to you.

If you are the last member of an organization, that organization and all its content are deleted with you.

Security logs (time and IP of recent sign-ins) are kept for up to 12 months for security and legal reasons, then erased.

If you own an organization

If other members are still in it, you must transfer ownership to one of them before deleting, so the whole team’s work is not lost. The app tells you when this applies.
